I really like to cook (I am not going to go as far as to say “love” to cook – but I really like to) and I am a girl of convenience. When I get off work I don’t feel like coming home and cooking a big meal so it is easy to get wrapped up stopping to pick up fast food.
Crockpot cooking really gives me that head start on dinner and love that I can come home to a meal already prepared.
The hostess at a recent Bunco game made these yummy sandwiches and I had to have the recipe.
Delicious and perfect for any night of the week or event!
