This sweet floral Christmas arrangement is a special one. 
You see, this little gnome was one of those left behind on the shelf after Christmas last year at Hobby Lobby. I remember hubby and I had stopped by after dinner to check out the left overs from the “after Christmas” sale (if that makes sense 
).
There this little guy was — missing one button-on-a-string fabric leg. 
He reminded me of the “misfit toys” from Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. 
I said, “He’s so cute, but he only has one leg…” and my ever-so-practical hubby said, “Just take off the leg and use the body!” 
Brilliant idea, right? I'm mean ... for real....why didn't I think of that. 
It’s the little things like this that keep me going in this season of sadness. 
I know he’s with me in spirit as I created this sweet little gnome arrangement.
