Take the Picture....

Take the picture. 📸

What may feel so small or trivial in the moment often becomes one of life’s most precious treasures.
This memory takes me back to a date night with Ricky. We had dinner at his favorite spot, Texas Roadhouse, then stopped at Lowe’s to pick up a few things before heading home. I remember teasing him, saying, “You look at those supplies in Lowe’s the way I look at craft supplies in Hobby Lobby.” 🤣 Hmmmm...he was not impressed, by my analysis.

Ricky was never the impulsive shopper that I was—he studied, researched, compared, and rechecked until he was sure. It used to drive me crazy at times, but now it’s one of the little things I cherish most about him. Yeah, I remember all the shoe shopping trips too. 🥹
I don’t share this for likes or attention, but to mark my journey. My heart is broken, yet it overflows with love. I trust that God has a purpose in this pain, and that even these memories were written into my story long before I knew I’d need them. 💔❤️🩹
Friends, take the picture!
