Dollar Tree Witch Hat DIY

Howdy friends!  Today I am sharing a cute and adorable Halloween craft made from mostly all Dollar Tree items. Maybe you've seen these repurposed witches hats on pinterest, facebook or youtube.  I wanted to try one for myself.  This is my very first attempt to decorate one of these cuties. So, these witches hats are found that Dollar Tree.  Honestly, they are a hot commodity around this time of the year because crafters are creating not only halloween, but scarecrows for fall and santas, elves and more for christmas.         S U P P L I E S: All items are from the Dollar Tree unless stated.
