I have admired these swags forever and have made several with muslin fabric and was excited to try my hand at one to include with my valentine decor. I will be honest when I say they are time consuming and messy if you use burlap. If you use just fabric they are not quite as messy.
I started with red, pink and brown burlap from the Dollar Tree, added some of my own stash and created this sweet thing!

- burlap from Dollar Tree (brown, pink, red) cut in half lengthwise.
- white burlap
- fabric, pink, muslin, pink fabric
- lace
- sisal string/twine from Dollar Tree or other jute string
