I hosted Thanksgiving dinner in my home again this year. It’s a tradition I started many years ago when I found myself (and my little family of 3) without a place to go on Thanksgiving day. That sounds horrible, doesn’t it! My husband’s family nor my family celebrated on the actual day so I decided to start my own tradition. I’ve shared past Thanksgiving decor on the blog posts here. I also shared my 2018 decor in a YouTube video here.
This year, I decided on a simpler theme. With Thanksgiving falling a week later, I knew I didn’t want to decorate a lot and turn around and then do Christmas.

I love these LED candles that I picked up from Sam’s Club last year. The candle flame flickers just a real candle. They are battery operated and looks so REAL!! I fooled my 13 year old. They are very similar to the ones I spotted over at Amazon here. I’m thinking about getting me another set.
Short and sweet blog post today to share how i decorated for Fall 2019.
