If you are needing a side dish for your upcoming holiday dinner this Sweet Potato Bake is so scrumptious. It’s very simple to whip up just allowing the time to cook the sweet potatoes and combine the ingredients. Bake and your side dish is complete.
I baked it for our Thanksgiving dinner and everyone complimented me on it. Even the kiddos liked it. Win!

Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
- ½ c. sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- ¼ c. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- ⅓ c. milk
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
Pecan Topping
- ⅓ c. brown sugar
- ¼ c. flour
- 2½ T. melted oleo
- ½ c. chopped pecans
- cinnamon
Instructions
- Combined sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, margarine, vanilla and milk/ Spoon into a 2-quart dish. Set aside. For pecan topping combine brown sugar, flour, oleo and pecans. Spoon Pecan Topping over sweet potatoes and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes or until set.
